José Velasco joined Community IT Innovators in 2000, then took some time away and returned as a full time employee in 2009. As an Engineer he assists clients with complicated service requests, in keeping with the Help Desk goals of resolving all tickets quickly. He possesses a wide range of expertise including day-to-day support for technology infrastructure, network administration, and training. He finds fulfillment in working with organizations who are mission-driven — by supporting their technology needs he supports their productivity to achieve organizational objectives.
Outside of Community IT, he enjoys returning to El Salvador, his home country, to spend time with his family and friends.
