Topic: Improving Donor Data: A Real-Life Story
Date: Wednesday November 15th 2017

Join Community IT Innovators colleagues Build Consulting as they share this story of how one nonprofit organization improved their donor data.
Presenter Peter Mirus relates how the organization did this, what they learned about their donors, and how they used what they learned to increase revenue, “sustainer” giving, and program outcomes. This story includes key lessons that can be leveraged by any nonprofit to increase organizational knowledge of its constituents and how to turn that information into outcomes.
He spends 15 minutes on the presentation and the remainder of the time answering audience questions.
What if we don’t have donor data?
The lessons learned from this story are applicable to management of many data types, including members, funders, partners, and program beneficiaries.
This webinar is appropriate for nonprofit executives, managers, and staff. As with all our webinars, we will discuss technology in a manner that is accessible to a varied audience. Join us!
